About ICAP Recruitment Tanzania

ICAP Tanzania is a branch of ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City.

ICAP Tanzania works closely with the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly, and Children and other local partners to implement evidence-informed programs, conduct meaningful research, provide tailored technical assistance, and offer effective training and education programs in various areas of public health, such as HIV prevention, care, and treatment, tuberculosis, malaria, maternal and child health, and health systems strengthening.

ICAP Tanzania has been at the forefront of the HIV response in the country, supporting the scale-up of HIV services, conducting the first-ever population-based HIV impact assessment (THIS), and implementing innovative interventions for key and hard-to-reach populations.

ICAP Tanzania also contributes to global knowledge and best practices in public health through publications, presentations, and participation in international conferences and forums.
